Airdrops and Claims
The first Starbucks Odyssey airdrop was the Jade Purple Brown Airdrop. To qualify for the airdrop users had to complete two journeys and own one limited edition stamp (either a Siren or First Store stamp) by the snapshot date.
The second airdrop was a collaboration with artist Vinnie Hager titled "Constant Conversation" in honor of National Coffee Day on September 29, 2023. To qualify, members must have completed two journeys by the snapshot date.
In addition to the more traditional airdrops, Starbucks Odyssey released The Holiday Cup Collection as a no cost stamp that required a manual claim to receive. 8,000 stamps were available and members must have completed three journeys by the snapshot date in order to qualify. There were more eligible members than available stamps, and all stamps were claimed within about 20 hours.
What is an airdrop?
An airdrop is the sending of a stamp directly to select accounts at no cost to the receiver.
Specific eligibility criteria is determined by the entity sending the airdrop.
Usually this eligibility must occur by a specific date and time which is referred to as the "snapshot" date because it is akin to taking a photo of all the user data at a certain time.
