Journeys
There are currently five active journeys open until the end of 2023: Coffee Heritage, Bean to Cup, Doing Good, Going Places, and 2023 Unwrapped.
Five journeys, Holiday Cheer 2022, Signature Showdown, Aku Adventure, World of Coffee, and 20 Years of PSL have closed and can no longer be completed.
Completing a journey awards 500 total points*. You will earn 375 points from activities performed to complete the journey, and 125 points from the journey stamp you are awarded after completing all the required journey steps. It's important to note that duplicate journey stamps do not stack points. For example, if you complete the Bean to Cup journey thus earning a Bean to Cup stamp, and then purchase a second Bean to Cup stamp on the marketplace, you will not receive an additional 125 points.
*Aku Adventure was a very short journey and was worth 200 total points. You earned 75 points from the journey activities and 125 points from the stamp.
*2023 Unwrapped is the final journey of the year and provides the opportunity to earn 750 points. There may also be an opportunity to earn bonus points along the way.

The Gift of Coffee is a purchase based activity requiring you to make a purchase of at least two menu items in one order.
Handcrafted drinks, food, and bakery items will count towards this task. See Holiday Flavor in Review for items that will also count towards the bonus activity in that task.
Excludes bagged coffee and teas, merchandise, alcohol, ready to drink items (think bottled water, bottled juice, etc.), and gift cards.
Mobile ordering through the app is the best way to guarantee you receive credit.

Holiday Flavor in Review asks you to vote for your favorite holiday menu items! Once you vote, you'll unlock an opportunity to earn a bonus 25 points for ordering a featured holiday menu item.

Explore your Stores is a purchase based activity requiring you to make a purchase at three different Starbucks locations.
If you do not have three locations in your area, consider partnering with a friend or family member to swap drinks - you can mobile order to their location for them to pick up and have them mobile order to yours.
Mobile ordering through the app is the best way to ensure credit is received.
Only purchases made at standalone stores will count. Starbucks within Target, Safeway, airports, etc., are not likely to register credit for your purchase.
In-Store Expedition is an AR scavenger hunt requiring you to find a specific gift card, a Starbucks logo, and a bag of whole bean coffee.
You only need to scan two of the items to complete the task.
The coffee is the most challenging to scan. If your store has the gift card available, scanning the card and logo are easiest.
If you are unsuccessful with scanning the items in store, you can pull up the gift card image and logo on a computer and scan them to complete the task
Make sure you click the "Return to Starbucks Odyssey" button to ensure credit is recorded.
Starbucks Reserve Tour is a virtual tour with a quiz question.
The tour will open in a new tab. To find the quiz question and complete the task, you must return to your original tab.

Quick Tips:
Try our Signature Drinks is a purchase based activity and requires you to purchase certain handcrafted drinks (meaning a bottled beverage wouldn't count) five weeks in a row.
If you miss a week, the five week counter will reset.
Each Starbucks week resets Sunday evening. It is best to order your drink earlier in the week (such as each Monday) rather than later in the week (such as each Sunday). This will allow you more time to order your drink for that week in case you are busy. If you order your drink every Sunday and miss a Sunday, then you have no more time to complete your drink for that week and your streak will reset.
You can get a brewed coffee each week if you want to, you do not have to try everything listed to check off the activity.
The best way to guarantee credit is to purchase through the mobile app.

Trace your Coffee's Journey is a purchase based activity. You will need to purchase a bag of coffee and then scan or enter the traceability code within the associated step on the Odyssey website to receive credit.

Doing Good

Quick Tips:
Bring your own Cup is a purchase based activity. You will need to complete three separate transactions using a reusable cup to complete this step.
This journey will require that you go into the Starbucks lobby rather than the drive-through because you will be using your own clean reusable cup.
After placing your order with the cashier, tell them that you brought your own reusable cup for your order. Hand them your cup. They will ask that you hold onto your straw and lid.
Make sure you see the cashier enter the personal cup discount on the register. The personal cup discount is -$0.10. If you do not see this discount, you will not receive credit for the purchase.
Explore our Non-Dairy Drinks is a purchase based activity. You will need to purchase two non-dairy drinks to complete this step.
A splash of non-dairy milk in coffee will not count.
The drink can be an existing non-dairy drink such as the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso, or you can substitute a non-dairy milk in something that comes with regular milk by default such as a latte sub almond milk or a mocha sub oat milk.
Coconut milk refreshers (pink drink, dragon drink, etc.) do not count for this task. Seasonal drinks have also not consistently given credit

Common Question: Can I double or triple dip? Will a mocha with almond milk in a reusable cup give me credit for a signature drink, non-dairy drink, bring your own cup, and a going places location at the same time? Absolutely! As long as the purchase is entered correctly at an eligible store, you will receive the check mark for all applicable journey activities.

While these journeys can no longer be completed, the stamps are available for purchase on the secondary market. Holiday Cheer 2022 was the first Starbucks Odyssey stamp and has the lowest mint number of any stamp currently available. The secondary floor price has consistently stayed close to $700 or higher due to high demand.
Secondary journey stamp purchases will give the user 125 points if they do not already own the stamp. Duplicate journey stamp purchases will not stack points.
